1 This case is before the court on certification by the court of appeals, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § (Rule) 809.61 (2003-04). Michael J. Parent (Parent) appeals from a circuit court order denying his request for a copy of his presentence investigation (PSI) report. Parent requests a copy of the PSI report for purposes of a no-merit appeal of his judgment of conviction for one count of felony escape, contrary to Wis. Stat. § 946.42(3)(a), and two counts of felony theft, contrary to Wis. Stat. § 943.20.
